YardOps Field is designed to help teams manage equipment, maintenance, assignments, and location activity. This policy explains the basic data handled by the app.
Information You Provide
The app may store account, organization, equipment, location, assignment, maintenance, inspection, and work order information that you or your organization enter into the app.
Camera and Location
YardOps Field may request camera access to scan equipment QR codes. The app may request location access to record a location snapshot when equipment is checked out, transferred, returned, or inspected.
Data Storage
YardOps Field uses a hosted backend to sync app data for your organization. Access to organization records is limited by account and membership permissions.
